At the time of Sign-up with Digital Skyweb, The client agreed to the following terms and conditions. We are providing 24/7 customer service and In case of any query, we are committing to give the resolution within 24 hours at max. We at Digital Skyweb give the highest priority to our client’s satisfaction.

Refunds:

As SEO services is a slow and steady process, hence we always recommended to our clients to continue for at least four months to see the complete result. After completion of the services period, If we failed to deliver the desired result then we are offering a free service of two months to deliver the exact result. In case within the gross period, we failed to deliver then we are guaranteed the full refund. Regarding One Time payment for any Development work, the refund can’t be processed after the delivery of services, hence client needs to place a refund request only before the delivery.

Late or missing refunds:

Once we got the refund confirmation mail/receipt from our payment gateway company. We always share the same with our clients. In case the client hasn’t received the refund, then we recommended that:

 First, check your bank account again. Next, contact your bank. If you’ve done all of this and you still have not received your refund yet, please contact us at support@digitalskyweb.com

Contracts:

We don’t have any contract or lock-in period for our services. If the client needs any “Service Agreement” to start a commencement of any service then we prepare an Agreement as per the client’s requirement and both the client and Digital Skyweb must abide by the same without breaching any clauses till the end of service, mutually declared.

Subscriptions And Plans:

Digital Skyweb delivers the services on a one-time and monthly subscription basis. As per our policy, the client is free to cancel or stop the services at any point in time. All the website Development Works comes with a separate plan; hence it is not included in any monthly subscription plan. As an exception, we will only give Development Works with a monthly subscription plan as an add-on service.

Responsibility:

Digital Skyweb is not responsible for any errors and issues that occurred on the website during the service period If the changes are made by the client’s side. We at Digital Skyweb, only do the required changes to the website upon taking prior approval from the client. In some cases, if the client is not ready to share the credentials, then we will provide our recommendations and suggestions to our clients to update the same.

Reporting:

We at Digital Skyweb always try our level best to deliver the complete result. Hence we have a strong reporting team, who is responsible to provide the weekly and monthly progress reports with true and transparent facts and figures.
